OUR STORY
C.B. Ballantine founded our company in 1959 with a single product: hard-faced cup cutter teeth for an Auburn Jeep-A-Trench. From that start, we’ve grown through strategic acquisitions and continuous expansion into one of the most comprehensive wear parts suppliers in the industry.

Ballantine was established

Ballantine became a subsidiary of US Tsubaki
1991
Ballantine purchased Worthington Trench-All, an aftermarket manufacturer and supplier of trencher parts
1993
Ballantine purchased Jacobs Tool Company, an aftermarket manufacturer and supplier of trencher parts
1997
Ballantine purchased Atlanta Chain and Roller Company, an aftermarket supplier and manufacturer of scraper parts
2001
Ballantine introduces their horizontal directional drill tooling product line.
2009
Ballantine celebrated 50 years in business.
2012
Ballantine introduced their environmental product line starting with feller buncher saw teeth.
